I can't believe how fortunate I was to have found the Presto team. I unexpectedly found myself in a situation where an elderly family member needed to get into assisted living, and the entire burden of it all fell on me. The Presto team was able to alleviate so much of this - packing up the home, moving things, and unpacking everything perfectly. And of course, discarding all that was left, cleaning up the condo and selling it incredibly quickly at a price that made sense for all.

Everyone was so responsive and compassionate. They demonstrated amazing flexibility when the assisted living facility changed the move-in date 3x times within a week, which reduced my stress levels considerably. I highly recommend.

Wanted to thank <Presto> for helping guide us through some very difficult times. We needed someone to help get our parents moved into assisted living and eventually sell their house and Presto offered the expertise and services we needed. Unfortunately our parents both passed away within days of one another right before they were scheduled to move. Needless to say it was a very chaotic and emotional time. <Presto’s team> provided the support we needed and adapted to the changing situation. It took about a year to go through everything in our parents' house, and Presto provided the contact when we were finally ready to have an estate sale. They listened to our preferences and provided guidance. They arranged repairs and updates and kept an eye on the market, making adjustments to finally get to a sale. In the end, a new family will get to make their own memories in a house that already holds so many good ones. I couldn't ask for a better outcome.

I cannot say enough about Presto's "Pack, Move, Settle" service! They helped my parents move to assisted living within 2 weeks of our first call. I had no idea a moving company would be so thoughtful and caring. Meeting with Maria felt more like meeting with a social worker than a mover. She first helped my mom plan what furniture to bring by measuring everything and then laying it all out on a magnetic floor plan. In the discussion, she helped us think about safety, walkability, and functionality. This helped my parents begin to envision what life could look like in their new apartment. The day before the move, the Presto team came and packed my parents up. They did a great job making sure everything was secure and ready to go. The next morning, they came and moved everything over to the apartment. By mid-afternoon, they had everything unpacked and put away (clothes in the dressers, dishes in the cabinets, etc). All the boxes and wrapping materials were removed. My parents were "home" by 2 pm. I had no idea a service like this existed. It was a total lifesaver during a trying time. I highly recommend Maria and everyone at Presto!
